Overview
The Business Analyst/Project Manager is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies, gathering and validating functional requirements, facilitating project implementations across technical and non-technical teams, and establishing and maintaining relationships with all business units.

Essential Functions

  • Analyses business processes to ensure non-technical departments are able to efficiently meet their objectives
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
  • Gathers and validates functional requirements to ensure business needs are met through software implementation
  • Facilitates project implementations across technical and non-technical teams to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Establishes and maintains open communication channels with all business units to facilitate overall organizational deliverables
  • Coordinates effective time management within meetings to make certain all objectives are met



Non-essential Functions

  • Assists other Business Analysts/Project Managers when they are out of the office
  • Generates reports to provide requested data to the business users
  • Creates process flow documentation
  • Reviews delivered system functionality prior to business delivery



Required Qualifications and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years’ experience managing projects
  • 3+ years’ experience managing requirements

Powersports Parts and Accessories Buyer



Overview:
Our Purchasing Department is looking to add a full-time Parts and Accessories Buyer to our Purchasing Team in Janesville, WI. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic Powersports enthusiast.

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

  • Being able to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • 2-3 years’ applicable work experience preferably in the Powersports Industry
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel and/or forecasting/buying experience in an MSRP type purchasing program
  • Solid communication skills both written and oral
  • Problem solving skills, attention to detail, time management and organization skills a must.



Applicable work experience includes working in a service position with in depth product and application knowledge, working in a Powersports dealership, experience buying parts and accessories. Candidates with buying experience within a distribution operation or manufacturer also will be considered.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Product selection and market analysis from a distribution perspective
  • Purchasing products from assigned vendors to maintain appropriate inventory levels
  • Forecasting and managing sales and inventory based on historical trends and data
  • Purchasing inventory to ensure timely deliveries of product
  • Maintaining /developing good partnerships with our vendors and suppliers
  • Procure and maintain documentation related to product lines

Road Sales Rep

Job Description:
Parts Unlimited, the leading supplier in the wholesale distribution of aftermarket motorcycle parts and accessories, is looking for a qualified outside sales representative to fill a key position in the following areas:

  • Central Missouri area
  • NH & Northern MA area

 

This is an outside sales position that will require extensive daily travel within the territory. It requires the use of your own vehicle, therefore a reliable car or truck is necessary.

Job Objective:

  • Directly responsible for all direct sales activities within the territory by making personal sales calls and interacting directly with our clients.
  • Implement the company’s sales and marketing plans, which will meet the business goals of our expanding customer base in the market area.
  • Work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals that are in line with company vision and values.
  • Responsible as the liaison between all departments such as Dealer Development and Customer Service to act as the face of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop and increase sales revenues to meet assigned sales goal targets.
  • Create account strategies, maintain regular dealer visits and perform administrative responsibilities to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist re-sellers with organizational and sales skills
  • Keep current with new products, services and other industry related general information, such as competitive activity within the territory and industry.
  • Travel to and attendance at required vendor and company sponsored trade shows and dealer events.
  • Reports to the Regional Sales Manager

Preferred Experience:

  • Motorcycle knowledge and prior sales experience.
  • Retail apparel sales
  • Understanding of E-commerce and/or Market Place Sales a plus

Job Requirements:

Technical Service

We are looking for energetic self-motivated individuals capable of managing and prioritizing a busy work load. Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Candidates must be able to assist our dealer network and sales reps with technical questions and problem solving with either V-Twin motorcycles or metric motorcycles. Hands on mechancial knowledge and a minimum of 2 years at the
dealership level preferred. Experience in the powersports industry required. Metric motorcycle position hours 9:30 A.M. – 6:30 P.M. V-Twin motorcycle position hours 9:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.
This position is located at our corporate offices in Janesville, WI.

Customer Service/Sales Representative Tier 1



Overview:
The Sales Representative Tier I is responsible for receiving all communication from dealers. The Sales Representative Tier I is accountable for correct processing of sales orders, documentation, and maintaining dealer’s records.



Essential Functions

  • Processes domestic Sales orders maintaining established processing times.
  • Establishes and maintains communication with new and existing domestic dealers, assisting them with order placement, payment, shipping, claims, and returns.



Required Qualifications and Education

  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience of Customer Service and/or Sales
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional level of accuracy and acute attention to detail in all areas of responsibilities
  • Strong teamwork ethics
