Primary job duties including assisting manager in communications with international facilities, preparing reports, coordinating projects, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and handling incoming phone calls and emails. Candidate should have (i) two years’ experience in an administrative position; (ii) advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint); (iii) an associate degree or equivalent education; (iv) an ability to multi-task; and (v) a high level of attention to detail. Knowledge of a foreign language is beneficial. Hours 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.

Accountant

Primary duties to include general ledger, account analysis, and consolidated financial statements, in addition to multi-state tax reporting and shared responsibilities for corporate, trust & individual tax preparation. Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required with 2-4 years experience. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access is required. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Z1R/Arctiva Brand Manager

Parts Unlimited, a division of LeMans Corporation, the nation’s leading distributor of motorcycle, snowmobile, ATV, and personal watercraft parts and accessories has an immediate full time opening for a Brand Manager to assist with the direction and development of its Z1R and Arctiva brands.

Primary duties include assembling product line plans and marketing direction for each brand, conduct and prepare market research and analysis to maximize sales opportunities, recommend sales programs and sales goals for our large sales team.

Preferred candidates will have extensive experience in the apparel and/or helmet industries; three to five years of management and product development experience; powersports industry experience a plus.

Candidate must demonstrate enthusiasm and integrity when dealing with people, including good verbal and written communication skills; possess organizational skills to develop short and long term work schedules and remain flexible; and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs. This position is based at the corporate headquarters in Janesville, Wisconsin; candidate must be available to travel and work some weekends and extended weeks for trade shows and special events.

Purchasing Department

Our Purchasing Department is looking for an energetic self-motivated individual who is able to multitask in a fast paced dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities: include but are not limited to the following:

• Product selection and marketing analysis
• Forecasting and managing sales & inventory based on historical trends and data<
• Buying inventory to ensure timely deliveries of products
• Partner with domestic and offshore vendors to schedule factory production time and delivery

Job Requirements:

• Strong math and analytical skills
• Excellent computer skills with knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets or forecasting/buying in an MRP type purchasing program
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
• 2 to 3 years experience within a powersports dealership buying hard parts & accessories or a service position with in depth product and application knowledge. Or: 2 to 3 years buying experience within a distribution operation or manufacturer
• Knowledge of product costing/pricing and margin evaluation

Position requires an energetic personality and a good memory, along with excellent phone and communication skills.

Basic accounting experience and understanding of inventory control, a plus.

Hours: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Earn additional money – we offer premium pay for evening hours.
