Sales Administration/Program Assistant
We are looking to fill the position of Sales Administration Program Assistant to support our Sales team, customer service, and vendors. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our friendly business in a fun industry. LeMans Corporation is the nation’s leading distributor of motorcycle, snowmobile, ATV/UTV and personal watercraft parts and accessories.
Job duties include:
– Assist managers with preparing reports, coordinating projects and handling phone calls and emails
– Organize and schedule meetings and travel arrangements
– Organize and Schedule meetings and appointments
– Create and maintain sales programs online
– Process invoices
– At least two years’ experience in an administrative position
– Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point)
– Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
– Ability to multi-task and a high level of attention to detail
– Associate degree or equivalent education and work history
Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
